Titania and Valorian head out early to the Ammonturium to attend the morning rites. Aurelia and Uthman head to the thieves quarter to look for Roben and a sap. Unable to find Roben, Uthman asks a prostitute where he could find a sap. She leads him to her pimp and he sells a sap for 8sp, in addition to the 1sp he paid the prostitute. He also pays the prostitute another sp -1GP Uthman.
Taliesin wonders off lost in his thoughts. Aurelia spends the mid-day looking for Maximus at the Ammonturium and is able to lip-read a couple bookies talking about how the second game on the fourth day is going to be fixed in favor of Maximus. Uthman finds a food stand selling Serenwiches, and does his best to defend his brand by freakishly staring her down and mimicking her. He successfully gets her to change the name to Uthmanwich. As he walks away with a free Uthmanwich, he uses a power move look behind and is doused in human refuse.
The rest of the gang chills till the evening and then we head to The Silk Pony Inside are 3 tavern workers, 9 patrons, 5 bouncers, 4 prostitutes. Taliesin gets a pitcher of wine -5sp Taliesin, and the rest of us get drinks and food -1.2sp everyone else. Taliesin pays a prostitute Saphira to sit with him (-1GP Taliesin). She tells him a rumor:
Don't trust the regent who runs the chapter house. He purposefully recruits naive adventurers, sending them out into the wastes condemning to certain death.
She also says that the bloodmoon bouts are held on the night before the full moon. (The next fight will be the 15th)

Aurelia and Taliesin bet 50GP each on the fight (2:5 odds) and win (-50GP Aurelia and Taliesin). We win (+175GP Aurelia and Taliesin).
Aurelia looks for but does not find Roben again.

I borrow 50GP from Aurelia at (20% interest). We head to the amphitheater. An stripper troop with castinets is playing. Maximus is in attendance, a guest in the prefect box. The first fight is between an orc and a condemned prisoner (even odds). I bet 100GP the orc -100GP Aurelia. The prisoner wears grey, the orc wears blood-red blazoned equipment. Both are given sword and simple leather armor. The orc wins +200GP Aurelia.
There is a horse race before the next fight.
The second fight is between an orc and Nuvicus' dual wielder. Another Lanista joins Maximus in the Prefect box. I bet 800GP, Taliesin bets 500GP on the orc. Guards carefully collect the money as the bookie write out the slip. The dual wielder is hot. Orc too. A woman casts detect magic on them. The dual wielder seems to have an advantage, but at the last moment the orc kills him.
+800GP Aurelia +500GP Taliesin. Aurelia and Taliesin immediately head to the merchant guildhouse in the old district - at the north end of the emporium. Aurelia pays Titania back -60GP Aurelia. It's a large building made of marble which overlooks the memorial street. We go in and find the banking branch desk and are told that we only offer banking services to select clients - and we are not able to open an account. We also try to get a local jewler to act as a banker, but only frustrate him. As we walk away we see a wagon pull into an alleyway and some laborers start unloading it into a nearby storefront. As we walk away we find an abandoned rucksack with a piece of parchment in it.
